Who are we to judge?

It seems lately there has been so much judging of people going on. I don’t understand why this is. Why must we spend the majority of our time finding people and their faults and broadcasting them to the world? Is the love that is supposed to be manifest in us through Christ?!

Why is the image that we portray to people that of incredibly active aggression against all who do not think the same as we do?

I ask that you all read 1 Corinthians 4:5

God will judge and realize that God is in control of all and all of your actions will also be judged and so be fearful of the Lord in all that you do so that when the time comes you shall be found approved unto God as a faithful servant.

  1. We are not to judge motives of anyone but we are to judge the actions of those who profess faith in Jesus. (1 Cor. 5:12) (matt. 7:20)

  2. I wholeheartedly agree the particular case I am talking about is my view of others in my philosophy class that are obviously not Christians. I wouldn’t comment on people judging others except for my own thoughts sorry i did not clarify.
